Seeking a Production Support Engineer to ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2 to 5 years in production support or similar role
- Experience with scripting (Shell, Python) and SQL
- Hands-on with application servers, databases, and cloud platforms (Windows Server, IIS, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL processes
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
