Release Coordinator

Kemper is seeking a Release Coordinator to play a critical role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, managing the deployment and delivery of software applications. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle the complexities and challenges associated with software releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in software development, project management, or a related role, with a focus on software development life cycle (SDLC) and release management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in release management tools and software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
• Ability to lead and foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and version control systems (e.g., Git/GitLab) is a plus
