Risk Enablement Specialist

Northern Trust is seeking a Risk Enablement Specialist to engage with Technology teams, ERM Leadership, and the Risk ELT to ensure that risk management needs are met. The role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of proactive risk treatment through training and monitoring adherence across the lines of defense.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in risk management or a related field within a financial services organization
• Understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and project management skills
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools, such as ServiceNow, preferred
