USSTRATCOM is seeking a SCITLS SharePoint User Support to provide 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. The successful candidate will assist system administrators, create and maintain collaboration solutions, and respond to user requests for assistance.
Requirements
- End Users, End User Support, Microsoft SharePoint
- Certifications: A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+
- Experience responding to and resolving incidents in the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience troubleshooting incidents and providing user support
