As a Senior Associate, Infrastructure and Operations, Cybersecurity at PwC, you will provide comprehensive security solutions and experience across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data. Requirements

• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python and PowerShell) and experience using APIs to automate tasks and integrate systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, administration, and optimization.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and maintain APIs, including creating API documentation and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices like structured IT change management to minimize risks and downtime, utilizing effective tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of the ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards, audit requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a System Administration role.
