We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will workshop & manage customer requirements, develop a detailed knowledge on markets, products, sales, delivery and operations, and take ownership of business analysis initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands on experience in coding
- 5-7 years as a business analyst along with telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain
- Experience working as a vendor
- Hands-on experience with configuration driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.)
- English Proficiency in a business environment
