As a Senior Business Consultant, you will engage with clients to analyze requirements, define solutions, and guide design from sale through to implementation. You will work closely with engagement leads, project managers, and technical teams to ensure risk and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Deep and broad experience across the ServiceNow portfolio
- Strong understanding of, and certification in, ServiceNow core functional areas such as Service Operations or Human Resources
- Wide platform experience
