We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in OFSAA administration, SLA management, and process automation. The role involves leading troubleshooting, ensuring application performance levels, and collaborating with the team to achieve elegant solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
• Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
• Preferred knowledge on Oracle database
