We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Support Engineer for our OFSAA team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SLA management, process automation, and application health monitoring. The role involves leading troubleshooting, ensuring application performance levels, and collaborating with the team to promote reuse of existing products and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
  • Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
  • Preferred knowledge on Oracle database
