Senior Consultant job in Application and Environment Support with experience in Java, SQL/PLSQL, ITIL, and ServiceNow Portal. Good to have experience in Banking and Payments Domain, Maven, JIRA, and Jenkins.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Application and Environment Support
- Experience and Java and SQL/PLSQL
- ITIL Certification
- Automation and Deployment
- Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures.
- Experience in troubleshooting code and database and provide/suggest fixes
- Experience in providing support for complex applications in a multi country deployment
- Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal
- Should be open for working in shifts and provide weekend support.
- Good To have: Banking and Payments Domain Experience, Experience with Maven, JIRA, Jenkins
