Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Operational Efficiency to join our HRdirect team. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing processes within our HRdirect service center.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, HR programs and payroll (an asset).
  • Skilled in collecting and manipulating data, creating metrics and score cards.
  • Solid analytical skills and technical comprehension.
  • Knowledge of Power Bi and ServiceNow (an asset).
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced).
  • Ability to review and design efficient business processes.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
  • Demonstrate great collaboration skills, customer driven with ability to influence various level of management.
