ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Acquisition Strategist to join its global digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will drive the global end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution for high-priority programs, creating effective persona-based user journeys and an exceptional digital experience.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years in strategic B2B digital marketing campaign management and program management
- Experience with digital media platforms across Paid Social, Content Syndication, Programmatic, Video, Email, SEM etc.
- Track record running large scale, full funnel integrated digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with landing page optimizations for paid campaigns as part of the overall end to end digital user journey, with basic understanding of UX elements and experience that impacts users from different channels.
- Previous management of complex client/stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in analyzing multi-platform data insights across web analytics suites such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, self-starter, curious
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship builder, as this role requires ability to connect with other partners across the organization to ensure omnichannel planning
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
