We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge products for securing data at rest using advanced cryptographic techniques.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing teams with high-quality results.
- Knowledge of encryption and decryption workflows, key rotation policies, and secure storage mechanisms.
- Experience with Key Management Systems and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
Benefits
- base pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
