- 2 years application support experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools
- Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks
- Advanced spoken and written English
- SQL knowledge
