- Experience with tools for opening tickets and project tracking (ServiceNow, Nimsoft, Google Forms, Jira, Kanbanize or Access Manager)
- Experience with Google Suite (Presentations, spreadsheets, documents and forms)
- Higher education in Finance, Administration or Information Technology
