The Senior ITOM Developer will work on ServiceNow ITOM platform, developing high-quality technology applications and services, including tools, standards, and relevant software platforms based on business requirements. The role requires advanced knowledge of the relevant skills to deliver a high level of service and to meet the expectation from the business, as well as a solid understanding of an enterprise IT infrastructure operational environment and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture & Data Models
- Experience (5+ years) of working with Event Management, Discovery and CMDB
- Understanding of core ITIL processes
- Scripting experience in JavaScript or equivalent
- Experience with interfacing and integration technologies such as REST or SOAP
- Experience (5 years) developing service models
- Experience working closely with SME's, project managers, and process owners to capture business requirements
- Knowledge of relational databases
