ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Communications professional to support and drive an integrated communications approach in its EMEA North Region. The role will be responsible for leading integrated communications in the region with a particular focus on Netherlands, Sweden, and Belgium.
Requirements
- 8+ years of public relations experience within in-house or agency environment
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Track record of creating, leading and executing impactful integrated communications campaigns, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with tech, business and social media, a background in B2B, enterprise software and/or cloud computing a plus
- Comfortable managing PR agencies to deliver tier one media coverage, impactful content and strong social engagement – all within a defined budget
- Proven experience in developing content, including blogs, bylines, key messages and fact sheets
- Clear ability to balance multiple stakeholders and deadlines both globally and locally, identifying top priorities
- Confident working with senior executives to ensure they are continuously on point with corporate and regional narratives
- Ability to drive actionable insights through clear measurement against defined objectives
- Passion for storytelling and identifying trends, with an understanding of how they connect to the business narrative
- Creative and strategic approach to problem solving
- Outstanding project management skills and resourcefulness under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated partnership with marketing counterparts in the region to deliver an aligned plan with results that help move the needle
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
