Senior Manager, Endpoint Systems Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Endpoint Systems Engineering to lead our Endpoint team and craft, build, and maintain scalable and secure endpoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of endpoint technologies, including device management platforms, operating systems, and security tools.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Responsible for strategies and delivery of endpoint security, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Plan and coordinate endpoint engineering projects
• Act as a domain expert in endpoint operating systems and security protocols
• Partner with IT, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of endpoint solutions
• Ensure endpoint systems policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide endpoint management strategy
• Oversee the lifecycle of endpoint devices
• Implement and lead endpoint protection solutions
• Supervise endpoint vulnerabilities and lead patch compliance
• Automate endpoint provisioning, updates, and management
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance endpoint performance and user experience
• Stay informed about gaming-specific IT requirements
• Provide training and mentorship to IT staff
• Maintain detailed documentation of endpoint systems, configurations, and processes
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and implementation
