Take-Two Interactive is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to manage a team, maintain Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence, and lead HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on Global HRIS experience, 4+ years of people leadership experience, and strong HR technology leadership experience.

Requirements

  • Proven HR technology leadership experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility with a focus on Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • 8+ years hands on Global HRIS experience (management or analyst), with a strong focus on Workday
  • 4+ years of effective people leadership and management experience in a virtual environment
  • Strong ability to map different business models and objectives into software solutions
  • Strong change management ability and experience
  • Motivate team to achieve desired business objectives
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and provide direction to Workday team
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of audiences including internal technical and business clients and Finance functions
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
