We are seeking an experienced Senior People Change Manager with a strong background in delivering change and transformation projects within a People function. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience of People-related processes and operations, with a track record of successfully delivering change to drive & improve the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of successfully delivering change projects within a People function
  • Experience of delivering global People transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication/ influencing skills
  • An strong understanding of project disciplines
  • A strong understanding of People-related processes and best practices, with a focus on how technology can support and enhance these
  • A knowledge of Workday & ServiceNow would be preferable
