NEYO Ltd is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with expertise in Discovery and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role involves implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions tailored to enhance our clients' IT operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, with demonstrable expertise in the Discovery and CMDB modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery and/or CMDB) strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL practices, especially as they pertain to Configuration Management and asset tracking.
