We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to join us on a contract basis for 6 to 12 months to oversee product management activities and develop a three-year roadmap for feature deployment.

- Supporting a delivery capability
- Architectural design
- Engineering delivery (Software Engineers and Scrum Masters)
- Developing a long-term product roadmap for ServiceNow
- Defining a strategic plan for adopting ServiceNow features to enhance ITSM
- Scoping the strategic rollout of CMDB
- Managing client-side service relationships with a ServiceNow Delivery Partner
- Strong understanding of governance processes for managing change within the ServiceNow platform
