Develop and lead a team of people with a focus on skills and deliverables. Engage directly with customers to ensure delivery of a high-quality, robust, and scalable product on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with a min 5 years of experience in an agile environment
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
- Strong product management skills with deep understanding of product vision and overall product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills and ability to make decisions and set clear priorities
- Proven ability to recognize value and manage investments to maximize value delivered
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
