Senior Professional Services Consultant

Ivanti is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, build, deploy, and operate complex Service Management solutions. The role will involve working with customers across the globe, providing consulting services, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in which 2 years is customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant
• Strong in infrastructure architecture and design of complex Service Management solutions
• Strong practical Windows systems administration skills
• Familiarity with Service Management concepts, processes and standards
• Understanding of modern IT production data centre and hosting operations including virtualization and ideally cloud platforms
• A good practical understanding of Web-based application delivery, including IIS server platforms
• Experience with supporting technologies such as Load Balancing, DNS, Firewalls
• Some scripting knowledge useful; Javascript, Powershell, and optionally Python
• Integration knowledge useful; JIRA, REST API
• SQL Server knowledge desirable
• Knowledge of other ISM products useful; ServiceNow, Cherwell
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Completed ITIL certification would be beneficial
