Leidos is seeking a Senior Property Controller to join a new cyber security program, supporting government-critical systems. The successful candidate will manage property control activities, ensure continuous accountability of government and company property, and maintain 100% accountability over inventories of all program assets.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2 to 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Prior experience managing government property using a compliant inventory system (SAP)
- Experience in interpreting and complying with FAR Part 45 and 52.245-1 requirements
- Experience in the ten-life cycle property management outcomes: acquisition, receipt, records, physical inventory, subcontractor control, reports, relief of stewardship, utilization, maintenance and property closeout
- Prior experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Ability to integrate separate functions into planning or implementing a property management program
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both internal to Leidos and external (military/government customer, etc.), both written and oral
- Excellent decision-making ability and sound judgment with strong attention to detail
- SAP, SharePoint, NETS, ServiceNow
