Join global organization as a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Bangalore, India. Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce product solutions, work independently on change requests, and provide technical training.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in SFDC
  • Apex Coding, VFpages, LWC, Auar Component exposure on Lightning interface
  • Salesforce Certified on DEV (PD1/PD2), Administration, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Good understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Knowledge on Salesforce product landscape, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience in Web Service APIs for integration purposes
  • Knowledge on healthcare domain and sales territory hierarchy
  • Good Knowledge on CICD, Deployment tools like COPADO, GITLAB
  • Visualforce pages, Lightning Flexi pages, Apex Coding, and skilled in SOQL knowledge and use of Workbench/Data Loader/Inspector tools
  • Expert level of Salesforce configuration, workflow, approval process, Flow and other automation features
  • Exposure on tickets tools like, Remedy force, ServiceNow, Jira & CSM management
  • ITIL process
  • Strong problem solving skill with good Root Cause Analysis(RCA) and proactive measures to handle problem & Incidents tickets
  • Functional knowledge of unit testing and best practices of SDLC
  • Good communication skills to deal with customers, peers & stakeholders
  • Incident handling skills
  • Innovative technical solutions while applying Salesforce best practices and working within coding standards
  • Lightning is must
