Senior Security Consultant / Red Team Operator

As a Senior Security Consultant / Red Team Operator at Devoteam Cyber Trust, you will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities and improving the security posture of our clients through simulated attacks. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored attack scenarios, analyze results, and present actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering school or university, with specialization in offensive security
• Good knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and web application security
• Mastery of intrusion testing tools (C2 divers, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, etc.)
• Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Knowledge of malware development (Bypass AV/EDR, OPSec, and Red Team infrastructure)
• Understanding of threat modeling, attack vectors, and red team methodologies
• Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Unified Kill Chain
• Ability to clearly synthesize technical elements and present them in writing
