Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer (CSM) to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, extensive hands-on development experience, and the ability to drive automation and optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification is required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (preferred)
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is a plus
- Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
