Senior ServiceNow Analyst

Join Driven Brands as a Senior ServiceNow Analyst and develop and maintain our ServiceNow tenant, create and manage integrations, and work closely with stakeholders to determine user and business needs. Responsibilities include configuration, customization, and administration, managing system upgrades and enhancements, and developing reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years' configuration experience with ServiceNow modules
• Proficiency in ServiceNow application development
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow application functionality and business process configuration
• Solid understanding of integrations and integration methods
• Self-starter with excellent customer service skills
• Strong data analysis, research, analytical and testing skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with GDPR and its implications on data security and processing
