We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect in Germany at the earliest possible time.

Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of the ServiceNow architecture strategy, aligned with business requirements
- You advise and accompany our customers in their ServiceNow digitalization strategies
- You act as a single point of contact for dedicated customers
- Design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
- Creation of technical designs, documentation, and architecture diagrams
- Leadership and mentoring of consultants and other team members
- Closely collaborating with the departments to understand their requirements and develop implementable solutions
- Ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of the ServiceNow platform
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance
- Identification and implementation of improvements to the ServiceNow platform
- Participation in the selection and implementation of new ServiceNow features and updates
- Support in creating cost estimates and project planning
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of practical project experience in the ServiceNow area, in consulting and in the care of customers (preferably in the retail sector)
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow architecture
- Certification as ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is mandatory
- Certification as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is desirable
- Knowledge of the retail sector is desirable
- Fundamental knowledge of business process modeling and the translation of these into technical solutions
- Experience with various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team skills and independent working style
- Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
