Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow consultant to temporarily strengthen our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, performing analyses, training administrators and advising on best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations and advising organizations.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, with at least the ITSM, CMDB and PDC modules.
• Experience with performing analyses and translating business needs into manageable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information.
• Experience with training administrators and end users.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
