The Senior ServiceNow Developer will develop complex, mission-critical scoped and global applications for the Department of Homeland Security, supporting end-to-end platform development and collaborating with architects, scrum masters, business analysts, and testers.
Requirements
- Ability to attain DHS EOD
- BA + 10 years' applicable experience, AA + 12 years' applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years' experience
- 1 or more active ServiceNow certifications
- Extensive understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
- Experience with Okta and SSO technologies
- Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows
- Experience ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt. (CSM)
