Tietoevry is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to implement ServiceNow modules in client-facing roles, analyze and resolve production issues, and support end-users. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/support, strong technical knowledge of ITSM and HR modules, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow developer/support role
- Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
- Experience working with international teams located in Europe and India
- Ability to communicate well in English
