Senior ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

As a ServiceNow ITSM expert, I am passionate about optimizing processes in large companies using ServiceNow. I excel in understanding customer requirements and collaborating with customer experts to find the best solution. My mission is to ensure successful project implementation, achieving the desired results, on time, and with high quality. I love coordinating and delegating tasks, as well as serving as a liaison between the customer and the project team.

My key tasks include:

• Analyzing and evaluating customer requirements regarding IT infrastructure and IT services
• Conceiving optimized ITSM processes based on ServiceNow and ITIL
• Conducting training and workshops
• Coordinating and delegating tasks
• Steering and internal communication regarding the technical implementation of requirements for exccon Technical Consultants
• Steering and coordinating sub-projects regarding quality and cost-effective implementation
• Preparing and presenting project results for customers
• Supporting sales in calculating and preparing offers
• Performing presales tasks in presenting ITSM workflows to customers
• Providing professional and technical advice and care for customers in terms of ServiceNow

My profile includes:

• Deep knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes with long-term experience as a consultant
• Knowledge of large data centers and complex infrastructures
• A charismatic and communicative personality that is convincing
• A high level of initiative, a structured work approach, and creative potential
• The ability to recognize opportunities for further projects in the customer environment
• Assertiveness, well-developed teamwork skills, and a comprehensive and process-oriented approach
• Strong analytical thinking ability

I possess:

• A successful technical study in computer science, business informatics, or economics, or a comparable sound education
• Long-term experience in the consulting context
• Suitable professional experience as a consultant for large projects
• A sound knowledge of ITIL methods, ideally with certification
• Experience in providing and customizing IT enterprise software (preferably ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office products
