The Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of software development projects with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM applications with at least 5+ years of hands on experience
- 7+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer
- 5+ years of experience working in the Discovery module of ServiceNow
- Proficiency with API development (SOAP OR REST)
- Proficient in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methodologies
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Angular JS or React JS
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with complex and global projects
