This job is for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant who is passionate about data privacy, risk, and compliance and has experience in delivering top-notch solutions built on ServiceNow. The consultant will lead customer projects and provide technical expertise in implementing ServiceNow solutions for various customers.
Requirements
- Leading and participating in an agile team
- Proven consultancy experience in a direct, customer-oriented role within a service organization
- Certification in at least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and/or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Expertise in one or more core modules of ServiceNow, such as SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, GRC Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk, or Audit Management
- Expertise in developing ServiceNow solutions for addressing business problems
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills in JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions
- The ability to prioritize correctly in a complex environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give customer presentations at all levels
- Understanding of Agile implementation and project management methodologies
- Readiness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region and beyond
