Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Digital, Global Converse, ITC

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the operational aspects of the ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient site performance. You will be responsible for leading a global team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital technology
• Experience leading a global team
• Experience with communication and collaboration tools
• Experience with observability tools (e.g. New Relic, Splunk)
• Experience with site performance optimization and improvement
• Knowledge of Google Lighthouse Core Web Vitals
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident management
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SFCC development and deployment processes
