Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer position in Convera's Pune office, responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow environment for software asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on SAM.
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.), workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other webservices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams as well as autonomously.
• ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist – SAM.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
