As a Senior Solutions Architect - ServiceNow, you will lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions that enhance the Associate experience, streamline service delivery, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, product design, and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s key product suites (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITSM, FSM, Procurement, Workflow automation).
