Senior Specialty Solutions Engineer - ServiceNow

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and seeks a Senior Specialty Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and delivery teams to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a solution/sales engineer or a consultant for a software company.
• Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
• ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification and/or working knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Passion for problem-solving to solution selling.
• College degree (or equivalent experience) in the fields of Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related discipline.
