Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, GRC, Integrations, ITSM Module, Service Portal
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Strong Understanding of business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
- Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.
