Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join our STEP Strategic Program Management and Product Operations Organization. In this role, you will support our Chief Operating Officer and the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Operations to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across multiple programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams and multi-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs for a large, complex enterprise business.
• Proven experience in project/program management across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly in both verbal and written form; comfortable with business and technical discussions.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and guide without direct authority.
• Software industry domain expertise with the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus.
• Expertise in the enterprise software/SaaS industry is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
