Staff SAP Application Developer

Archer is seeking a Senior SAP Developer with 13-15 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to deliver business objectives effectively. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher, along with expertise in various development tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 13-15 years of experience in SAP development and leadership roles
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher
• Proficient in ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA development
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
