Senior Systems Engineer - Linux Operations

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong operational focus to support and enhance our Red Hat Linux environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in Red Hat Linux system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux troubleshooting, configuration management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Bash scripting and command-line tools for automation.
• Familiarity with YUM repositories, RPM package management, and Linux vulnerability remediation.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipeline builds in GitLab.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and security principles in a Linux ecosystem
