Senior Technical Consultant - Employee Worfklows/HR Service Delivery

We're seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Employee Workflows/HR Service Delivery team. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll design and configure HR solutions using best practices, ensuring customer success and adding value to their business.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Consulting experience within enterprise organizations with the ability to influence and consult customers in a HR Service Delivery / Shared Services environment.
• Experience in defining and deploying future-state HR service processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective.
