We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead Agile operations and manage multiple scrum teams delivering an enterprise-wide solution on a ServiceNow Platform. The candidate will work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and capabilities, and will be responsible for managing projects, facilitating communication, and identifying process improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT project management experience
- Experience managing Agile teams and tracking project deliverables
- Certified Scrum Master and PMP
- TS/SCI with CI poly required
- Experience using ServiceNow SAFe and Agile modules
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- AWS Cloud certification
- ITIL V4 certification
