We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Automation to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science and 3-5 years of related experience, as well as fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Understanding of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI, PowerShell
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming skills (Java strongly preferred)
