Service Asset and Configuration (SACM) Analyst

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Asset and Configuration (SACM) Analyst to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for the monitoring and management of all IT assets, ensuring compliance, effective lifecycle management, and thorough auditing of hardware, software, and licenses.

Requirements

• ITIL certification and excellent knowledge of Service, Asset and Configuration Management.
• Experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports.
• Development and management of processes and techniques.
• Good understanding and experience in ServiceNow.
• Reporting and analytical skills including Power BI.
• Knowledge of IT industry and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding and experience of Agile Methodologies.
