At Lilly, we are seeking a service designer to join the Tech Enablement team. The service designer will work closely with IT stakeholders to analyze and optimize IT service processes through automation, designing solutions that provide value, efficiency, and business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in service design within IT or design of automation solutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze IT service processes, identify automation opportunities, and drive process optimization through implementation of automation solutions
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), proven by experience in service management tools (ex. ServiceNow) or ITIL certification
