As a Technology Services Engineer II at Walmart's Enterprise Business Services, you will work with a global team to enable robust and reusable platforms, manage incidents, and drive innovation. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of components and technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and ServiceNow. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless incident management, change management, and improving ERP ecosystem sanity, performance, and availability.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant
  • SAP NetWeaver (ECC) & SAP S/4HANA Administration
  • SAP HANA Exposure
  • ServiceNow usage for INC, CHG management
  • Hands-on ChaRM & STMS Experience for transport management
  • Experience in large landscapes with mission critical applications with HA/DR/Cluster technologies
  • Daily Basis Admin Tasks such as monitoring & reporting
  • Good troubleshooting ability in a wide variety of components such as Portals, Fiori, GUI, Printers etc.
  • Working experience in Linux & Windows environments
  • Basis skills on SAP PI/PO, BW, Portal, ADS, SSO, SAML2 etc. integrations
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to drive identified issues to closure
  • Kernel-Updates & Support Package Patching
  • Good communication Skills
  • Customer centric with a drive for realizing the outcomes
